No margin for acceptance: “They are minors. The crime and injustice of the elderly”.

They are less mature, less able to defend themselves, less resilient, and even less able to understand the crime they are being subjected to. More than enough reasons for us to act on their behalf!

April is Child Abuse Awareness Month. A month that serves as a reminder for the whole year.

Abuse committed against children and young people is a public offence.

Whether in person or online, any child or young person can be the target of physical, psychological or sexual violence, regardless of their age, gender or socio-economic status.

Bear in mind that neglect is just as harmful as explicit violence, because it impacts the child’s physical, psychological and emotional development.

Be an ally of the authorities and of all children, and report the most inexplicable and intolerable cases to the police!
